I guess in my career this is the worst interview experience I had faced with HR. She does not know how to interact with the candidate. The first round of interviews is company assigned a task and we have to submit it within the given time. so based on the task result they have conducted for the video call round, on this round, one lady took the interview and she asked me to tell about yourself and I started explaining about myself at the same time she is talking with someone and she is not even listening to the words what I am explaining. Again, she asked the same question. and again I explained it. the second question was about the profile you are looking for?. I said PHP developer and I explained a bit about it. but she does not have the patience to listen to what the candidate is speaking. I was explaining about the domain she didn't even listen in between talking only she said ok and she left the conversation. What the hell is this? I have spent 2 days completing the task and only 2 minutes she took the interview. and she didn't ask anything apart from this. I would like to say she is not worth enough to work as an HR. I am not regretting for this position because I know I may get better than this but It was a bad interview. Please don't play with the candidate MADAM!. I am rating 1 because I have spoken with Karan Sharma and had a nice conversation with him.
