I have been using Poggenpohl mumbai’s kitchen since 19 years! And they are the best. The india owners Mr and Mrs Sharma are fine people to work with and they value customer service and customer requirement on top of the list! Last year i had emergency problem with my Gaggnau hob and could not cook! Gaggnau people did not attend to my complains when mrs sharma helped me out on urgent basis though the Gaggnau has taken away the agency to represent themselves in india! Its a shame that original makers could not help me when Poggenpohl india though no more their problem stood by me.
