आपणो गांव श्री डूंगरगढ़ की विष्णु दत्त जी विश्नोई (CI) आने से बहुत ही सुधार हुआ ह । जो आज तक पहले किसी भी c i साहब ने गांव की ओर ध्यान नही दिया । टेक्सी(कार ,पिकप,टेम्पो) चालक सिर दर्द बने हुये थे । उनको लाइन पर ले आये । विष्णु दत्त जी ने जूए के अड्डे सारे बन्द करवा दिए । सभी ऑफिसर विष्णु दत्त जी जैसे ही ईमानदार और कर्तव्यनिष्ठ होने चाहिए । विष्णु दत्त जी को अंतर्मन से धन्यवाद भीखाराम मांडण श्री डूंगरगढ़
