They ensure that a customer gets the right spare for electronic items. I have learnt from this shop how a customer can be made happy. A particular item for my Philips TV was needed and as per my TV mechanic I contacted this shop but unfortunately the said spare was not available. Moreover the part number was not easily readable from the old spare. They took pain in contacting other sources and wrote on a new label the part no. and given to me. With that I approached two other spare dealers in Kannur but in vain. I again went back to Pooja Electronics and requested whether they can arrange the spare from other sources. To my delight they agreed and got the spare within next few days. I appreciate the seriousness they took in meeting a customer's requirement. Kannurites - Pooja Electronics could be your first point in getting electronic spares. They are located at the central place I.e. opposite to old bus stand.
