Horrible team, horrible communication standards. They're the most expensive ferry service in Andaman but they're the least professional! Nobody except the higher management knows what timings they want to follow. They leave when they feel like - early or late! And they don't even bother letting the customer know about such things until AFTER the customer has checked out of their stay on the islands and is at the Makruzz counter in the hot sun. I would rather go with a government ferry since they are consistent with time. And snacks? What pathetic 5 rs snack is that? Why even give a snack at this point? Garbage

Fast Cruise available in Andaman Islands . There is upper deck ( luxury) and lower deck ( economy). It is completely closed cruise and you cannot go outside and see when it is moving . You can see only through windows . Ki

I would give them 0 if I could. These guys are infamous for not being on time at all. Not only do they make you wait for hours with their unannounced delays, they also make you miss the boat by leaving way too early intentionally and without informing passengers. Their support staff is a joke because everyone says "sorry nothing can be done" for any query. Because of their carelessness, we lost an entire day's worth of bookings at Havelock and ended up paying extra to stay an additional night at Port Blair and cutting our entire 4 day trip by one day. AN entire day of bookings lost for 10 people and all Makruzz could do was to shrug and say "sorry we can't do anything". Green ocean is any day better. Their promise of calling us back and ensuring they would refund or help us with accommodation never happened because they never called back and were unreachable throughout. Pathetic service.

Good cruise and one of the best in-cruise experience I’ve ever had. It’s very clean, neat good view from the glass inside and seating is also at its best. One of the world class cruise. Would suggest to book this for sure if anyone is going to visit islands in Andaman.

Fast cruise service in Andaman Island. They operate only closed boats and do not allow passengers to go to open deck anytime. They run usually late but overall they provide a good experience

Great private cruise transfer. Comfortable and quick. A star less because of its travel schedule to Havelock when we visited recently.

A Highly unprofessional service provider. They do not have an operational customer service desk (All phone numbers mentioned on the website remain unanswered) nor do they revert on mails. I have been trying to get a refund for the ferries canceled by them but have been kept in the dark. Would recommend everyone to not use their services. Edit: Refund received in March.

The interior and air conditioning is good. But the guest management is very poor. Boarding and deboarding is handled very poorly. Luggage handling is just terrible. Passengers have to stand in the crowd shouting for their luggage.
