I ordered a 24x36 oil from them and it was supposed to be here before christmas. I had a last minute revision and it didnt arrive in time. Their customer service was great, even apologizing to me. I said no big deal its not your fault. However, when they sent me the revisions and I looked at them in my laptop the picture looked fine. When looking at the real picture the youngest and smallest child of the 4 that were painted and in front of the others, face and picture is about 30 percent bigger. It looks off bad. Im disappointed. I was gonna have some charcoal paintings done but I dont think so now.
