Y SRIKANTH , The sales consultant here was very impressive even on a Sunday. He cracked the GT deal in 10 mins. I bought the New Polo GT. I am sure that the product will be delivered in 20 days.

Giving even a single star is worthless. The sales person followed up with me until I've booked a Polo after which I never received atleast a single call nor a message from the sales person named Susheel and sales head Mahinder. They don't even attend my calls, nor call me back again seeing the missed calls. No response on whatsapp too. I don't understand what they've been placed there for. Highly irresponsible and worst experience ever. I wish to cancel my booking too just because of the irresponsible behaviour of the staff.

Excellent customer service Sales representative takes care of the customer individually and explain clearly and demo the vehicle. Though we might have to wait for some time if the representative is busy with other customer. But when they give time they will do it complete.
