The owner and his servant who is his relative as well are big frauds. Beware of these touts! I know more than a couple of guys who lost their huge amount and lot more not mentioning here. Construction quality is so poor that you will regret after purchasing any property from them. Also, don't even think of investing with them. You will loose all your money. There are people with whom there had been big conspiracies crafted by them. They are still suffering for their wrong decision to trust these guys. Relatives and new preys are their favorite diet as they are soft targets.
