Pranayakulam felt like a home away from home. Serene, calm and rejuvenating. From people, to nature to food, there was love and warmth in everything. You will feel alive amidst trilling of birds, amidst beauty of lush greens and gentle river that flows right across. The hosts Ananth & his parents, Amma & Baba as I call them made my stay even more pleasurable with all their affection. A must visit.
Home.. home.. home...Pranayakulam homestay is undoubtedly one of the very best place to stay in complete peace and happiness away from city lights and crazy crowds which is easily accessible from Kochi & nearest to all hill stations if you are a tourist . I booked for 2 weeks & literally felt too sad while leaving the place which had already stole my heart with it’s pristine backwaters , wonderful sunsets , successful fishing , memorable night outs , amazingly beautiful & traditional private boating in the evening , sunrise in the green fields , cycling through the village roads , tasting organic food which is grown in their own farm and much more and more . I should really Thank Mr. Ananth ( Ananthettan) for hosting much friendly and the entire family who makes me feel safe and secure in all ways . I’m so blessed to celebrate my birthday with them , telling stories with Sulekha amma ( A great writer ) , meditation with Swami Shoonya ( A beautiful spiritual human : Swamichan ), enjoying the art works of Neethu chechi , especially her Macrame arts and tastiest Kerala food of Sandhya chechi and more people in Kottayam life style . One of the biggest feature they provide is the 24hours Wifi facility , so that everyone can choose this place as workation too! They got one aesthetic library for those who love reading and writing as well . I guess one should experience this place and their traditional culture in it’s simplest way to find the real life , true love , peace of mind and the happiness of togetherness. Thank you Family for giving this priceless experience which i cannot express it in these little words . Highly recommended and Thank me Later! My spiritual journey started from Pranayakulam 10 years before. I have been to many places. But I always come back to Pranayakulam. The ambience is so soothing. The river which my child and I enjoy the most, the nature, the love of the people there, the food, animals... everything is wonderful!
