My experience was really awesome with these guys...me & my wife hired a Scooty (Activa) at Rs.600/- per day in October 2020...they have a large collection of Royal Enfield, Pulsar & Scooty & they don't charge too much in the name of advance/security & provide pick & drop facility to NJP Junction/Bagdogra Airport too with a minimum charge...condition & the milage of the scooty was superb and didn't disturbed in the whole NJP-Darjeeling-Mirik-NJP trip...my wife was happy to ride that scooty so I am...should try if you want to rent a two wheeler in NJP/Silliguri.
