I have attended 6 sessions so far. Practical approach in solving problems, overcoming negative beliefs, feelings and having right outlook toward life. I have listened to many motivational speakers talking about life, countless youtube videos. But sessions with Dr Aasif are extremely practical and easy to implement if one wants to change their life and overcome mental obstacles. I believe if I keep implementing the strategies taught by him, my life will change for good in the coming years.
