The PUMA flagship store is on the 1st floor (backside) of M.LPlaza. The single store of it's kind in Agartala. Easily accessible from any area wherever u stay in Agartala. The collections are ok but not sufficient enough. Probably a separate store of larger floor area would have been better so that the buyers have a broader range and variety of items to select from..

The store need better customer service but beside that all's great when shopping at this store.

Many variants of some products (shoe mainly) r not available. Otherwise staff is good n rest is known... overall good
Honestly, there's no variety at all, either they don't have the convenient size choice or the already provided stuff are not suitable for me. This was a really unfortunate visit of mine. Hope they develop and take actions.
