Having spent a long time thinking about our newly purchased house Interior, we contacted 100 Kraft’s. Initially we visited their completed site to understand craftsmanship, scope of work, execution & Finishing. Based on our site visit, customer experience & initial budget we have decided to go Ahead with 100Krafts. 100 Krafts worked on understanding about our choices, point of view on space utilization with required look, based on understanding 100Krafts presented us their designs & Ideas. Their portfolio reflected the look and feel which we were looking for. 100 Krafts focused on doing each detailing sincerely. As every project faces some hiccup & extends committed timelines, we have faced the same due to unavoidable COVID 19 Situation. But 100Krafts finished all their pending work on priority by putting extra resources.After handover support is also good, so customers need not to worry on pending things or any small repair after project Hanover. Their Annual Maintenance contract for scope of work done is important benefits which customers get &which is rarely available with other interior firms. I would like to appreciate Rimzim Kumar, Design & execution team for relentless efforts. I would like to refer 100 Kraft’s as preferred interior partner who are looking forward to converting their houses into dream homes. Thank you & Good Luck.

I got my interior done from 100krafts few months back and I am living in this house, they are professional and completed the work with commitment given. 100 Kraft's offered me customized design where it was done great. We got our home completely done by 100Krafts. It was a great experience as the designer got clear idea of our brief and non-negotiable elements that we wanted. She then gave her suggestions and some brilliant ideas to save space. She also brought in the much needed design harmony. Once, the operations team lead by Sumitra took over, there was no looking back. Sumitra has very high work ethics and didn't shy away from owning up issues/problems and at the same time provided full support to get them rectified. She is quite a diligent project manager and a go-getter. She has quite a few roadblocks due to untimely rains, border sealing during Diwali etc. but she managed to keep work going albeit at a slower pace. She was available to address my concerns and issues whenever required and I could give my feedback honestly. Only point to mention would be the civil contractor assigned to us wasn't their regular guy and didn't have a great finishing which Sumitra helped us to get fixed. We are now in AMC phase and hope that we get good service.

It was great experience to appoin 100craft team for Interior of our office. Theere was some delay in handing over the site to us ( understand itvwas due to corona pandemic and labours were not available). Other than that, they maintain transparency and were responding to us on time and were sharing periodic updates. Material quality is very good and work done is with superior expertise. Planning to handover my other offices/home interior to them in future again.

The team is a joke. None of the team members in Pune, know anything about interior designing especially their current COO. The design made and done are two different things and do not match each other at all. Initially they are all sweet and sound professional, but Rimjhim and Apoorva later make you feel that they are doing you a favour by getting your work done. But when it comes to payments, they all open up their mouths and expect payment in time. I then realised it was a disaster gibing them any work. Please consider alternatives before even thinking about them.
