There is an open-door policy that makes me feel like I can express any concerns I have and I know they will be heard and considered instead of ignored and shrugged off. The team-building exercises we do each week with fun Fridays also really help to connect us as a company. Everything fine and cool... good environment and everything is perfect. This is my first company i am working since 2016. And, can say this, i feel good serving with Augustus Healthcare. Experienced more good work with proper training. Not only we are trained for the process purpose, but also, we get trained for other matters like grooming ourselves, how to manage a team if in future to hold up as a TL, as well as trained for US ascent and working skills etc. There is excellent team work. Healthy team atmosphere. Nice ambiance Managers are friendly and treat us like a Family of Augustus. Good working place, well known Area. :)
