Pure Bengali food with good taste. Friendly ambience. Every food taste and quality is awesome. They don't have air conditioning for dining in the store. But the place os very clean and very simple. Sunday and Saturday Lunch menus evening snacks are my favorite.

This place has one of the best home made Bengali food in Pune. I have tried Bengali food all around Pune but nothing comes as close to the taste of Bengali food as this place. From biryani, fish curry, chicken, veg thali, rolls to sweets everything has the authentic Bengali taste in it. Taste as well as quantity are value for money. If you love Bengali food then you must try it here. The sitting arrangement is decent like any decent food joint in Kolkata.

Small dingy shop. You almost feel sorry for them and wish them more success, till you talk to the owner. Once you talk to the owner and buy from them you know why they continue to be a small shop. The owner is one of the most rude fellas I have met. Sold us some mishti doi that had a bunch of people falling sick at our home. And then he openly tell you to buy stuff from somewhere else. I think people sooner or later takes his advice and walk away. So, folks, wisen up and if you see a small dingy shop with a long history, understand that there is a reason for them to remain small and dingy, and buy from a better shop. You shall be happier.
