Just bought Burgman Street on 17th December 20. I had the worst experience with my vehicle delivery. I purchased my vehicle with accessories, however the quality of all the accessories were too bad/cheap (Still a couple of accessories were pending because of availability even if i paid full amount. Same is the case for Helmets, i received my helmets after a week/couple of days of vehicle delivery). I asked them to remove it all and asked for a refund. After a lot of arguments they removed accessories but I am still awaiting for my refund as they promised me that you will get it by a week or two. And now when i call them for refund status, they are not ready to entertain me and every time they are saying that we will call you back in 5 min. My personal opinion is, go with some professional Suzuki showroom if you don't want to screw up.

i had an very very very worst experience with you and did a mistake buying a Burgman from you with full cash payment. its been more then one year i havent received the RC book and for this i have checked with your people many times and they told me to check with pune RTO and paying additional cash to agent i got it checked from RTO and came to know that HSRS is pending from your showroom till date and when i called your people and informed the same tehy said i am sorry just sorry no further action at all and now chasing your people on daily basis but they dont bother to respond. During servicing they picked the Burgman and till date they havent returned the service book and for that as well i am struggling till date and i believe this was my 3rd servicing. what kind of careless people you keep and i am not going to stop here and i am going to esclate this to social media and local media channel as well.

Do not purchase a vehicle from Bharat suzuki. They cheat customer. Put cheap quality accessories and charge 5 times of market rate for the best version of the accessories. Also the free services are fake they wash vehicles and give it back. They even scratched my brand new scooter and tried to put it on me that it was given by me that way only, when complained they replaced the body part with a different customers vehicle. They are big time scammers stay away from bharat suzuki.
