I was having chronic back pain since last one year, i took treatment from various doctors but had temporary relief. I was given reference of Dr Uday Pote by my friend who was treated by him for neck pain and he swore by him. I felt skeptical at first but on first meeting he examined my back and leg thoroughly and clearly told me, don't waste time going to doctors and start exercising and going to gym. Did two weeks of physiotherapy in his clinic and started gym. This Was two months ago. Today I visited him for follow up and I am so very happy with his pain management skills and confidence he instilled in me. I am working out at my home gym in full swing. Harmony Healthcare in Baner by Dr. Uday Pote and team is the best answer to all and any Orthopedic and musculoskeletal problems!!! I was having a huge swelling on my knee, the cause of which remained undiagnosed untill I approached Harmony Healthcare in Baner Pune, It has all facilities at a single stop. The orthopedic surgeon here explained me the cause of my knee effusion and the required treatment in the easiest way that all my fear and concern turned to dust. Dr. Pote made sure that all my doubts regarding my knee pain treatment were cleared. My treatment was divided into three parts. Pain reduction, improvement in knee movement ranges followed by strengthening of muscles to avoid re-occurance of my problem. I am really happy with my treatment. I can finally walk without pain. All thanks to the team at Harmony Healthcare! The Physiotherapists here have the finest skills. Their exercise protocols make you stronger in every possible way. The staff makes sure you do not have to wait. You get all your medications here without having to go else where. The only problem I feel is that the clinic is far away for patients like me. Dr Uday Pote is a very good orthopedic doctor I would like to reffer to... Personally I hv consult him many times for myself and my family members for ortho.. related problems. Once I hd seviour low back pain ,difficult to walk, bend even I couldnt move. Then as usual I cosult Dr Pote. N it was annular tear . He treated me in just 2_3 months with step by step medication and strengthening exercises. Dr avoids unesessory investigations n imaging. He has very good diagnostic sence. ie his diagnosis is accurate. He avoids unwanted surgeries. Treats every case in better possible way. He had solutions n treatments for any of ortho problems which definitely give you good results with gentle cure.
