I reached the shop around 11.30 am on 2nd October to purchase a farmboy brush cutter blade and purchased it finally for Rs. 950/- along with one 2T oil bottle. There was the owner and one staff. 1) I had to wait for 30 mins to complete a 2 min purchase 2) He promised to give me the Spanner to fit the blade but failed to honor it. 3) He asked me for the price offered to me earlier and The owner and staff asked the price communicated to me ( customer). 4)And also changed the price of engine oil offered. 5)There is manipulation and not fixed price for all customers for retail one piece sale also. 6)The owner seems straight talker but is rather rude and diplomatic. 7) All this time he was answering calls and dealing with customer grevience issues. 8) I had a bad experience this time. 9) I expect genuine apology along with a decent and fair dealing and behaviour during my upcoming visits. You get detailed information about product based on your need,budget etc and hence you buy genuine product as per your requirement.
