Team is polite and hardworking. Variety of options are available for wallpaper & curtains. We had opted for embossed non oven wallpaper to decorate our home. We received good quality wallpaper with expected look. However, embossed effect could have been better.

Service is good, however Pune Decor need to improve upon embossed wallpaper quality. They need to either educate or co-ordinate well with their third party contractor about embossing on wallpaper. Customer expectations should be clearly understood and delivered without any mistakes. Otherwise they have decent collection of wallpaper and curtains.

Had a mixed experience with the Kalewadi shop. Eventually had to involve team and owner at Kharadi shop to resolve the issue. They did accept it and took action, so they do listen to clients. Set the expectations clearly when you go and get commitment agreed, so that their are no surprises later on. Actual shop may feel smaller than pictures here, but offers decent selection.
