Good service given by Hyundai service employees. One of my friend given Creta for servicing and the people in their service dept were very helpful and punctual about readiness of car. They have covered all points in servicing that my friend told them. Good place to buy and for servicing car and Hyundai cars are best. I personally love Creta and Tucson.

Took delivery of my new Hyundai Verna on the 1st of February 2021 from Ishanya Hyundai. The sale was done by Kiran Jagtap and his manager Sagar More. We were happy and likewise met and conveyed to the GM in the showroom too. But the disaster started post the sale was done. In March, my brand new car started having problems of overheating. On scrutiny from the service department, represented by Vaseem, it was found that the radiator cover was broken and hence the problem. For all of this 73kms were driven and petrol wasn’t compensated. In April my 1st service for the car was due and post that my car was picked and delivered with 2 visible scratches and 39kms driven again. The distance from my house to the Ishanya service centre is 8.5kms, so 17 to 18kms , to and fro at the max. What justifies 39kms ? No idea. What justifies 73kms non compensated ? No idea. Disappointing and pathetic post sale service. Driver’s name was Amol Parse who even was given Rs 500 for petrol that he claimed was needed in the car. In a pandemic situation, where the fuel prices are so high, paying EMI’s is not easy, how can any dealership provide such a pathetic service to their customers ? Ishanya Hyundai is a big NO for anyone wanting to buy a new Hyundai car from Pune.
