Best experience everytime...I order art supplies from maxa so many time. There packing is awesome as compare to packaging cost and it also less than you except...if you want to buy somthing online go for it that is worth to buy... Fast delivery excellent quality ! Disappointed by their online service where for a simple paper shipment I was being charged 700 within Pune. I visited their store and was the worst experience when the uncle started shouting for no reason. The fact the customer travelled all the way to pickup the paper n check some other things wasn’t important n treated well. I have never experienced such behaviour when I patiently waited for 10-15 min to figure out the pricing n had to leave for an appt. they don’t need customers n neither will I go back ever again.

Called them up to ask about hot glue gun stick and person at the phone said "I don't have the time to check the size, come yourself." A simple "please call later" would've sufficed.
