Finally I picked up my brand new Venue today from Shivam ......it was a great experience. Vishal was prompt to clarify and address all our doubts and made us highly comfortable about the new vehicle. He made the buying experience a memorable one! Shivam has spacious showroom and they ensure hygiene is well maintained in view of COVID. Staff is supportive and courteous. Right from booking, advance payment, receipts, purchasing accessories to delivery along with all required documentation was a seamless journey! They have a huge service center just about a km from showroom; visit to that place boosted our confidence in after sales service & support. Last but not the least, Shivam carries out a small ceremony (pooja) during vehicle delivery and the photo with frame is provide to customer instantly!
