Worst compny in terms of service Lack of knowledge about their own products. Purchased 2 DVR just a month ago. One isn't working properly still no one visited for service. And they say they provide one year comprehensive service. Never recommend any one to be a fool and buy their products

Purchased a set of 6 cameras from them. Firstly they miscalculated the length of wires required. asked me to pay extra for one more bundle of wire. (quotation was with wiring including without any limit on length). Six months later when I wanted to play back my video recording, I realized I've forgotten my password, so I called them up for help. They quoted Rs.1500 hundred for a 2 minute job. They said they would have to reset the whole thing or send it to Hikvision's service centre. Mr. Madhuklar, their Technical Head I suppose, lied to me that they would have to change the PCB inside the DVR unit. I asked Mr. Madhukar twice whether he would really change the PCB inside. His answer was yes which was a blatant lie. Later that day, it took me literally 10 mins to do a google search and reset the password via SADP Tool provided by Hikvision for password recovery. Wasn't expecting this from a company.
