Less than 1. Total disappointment for a loyal customer. Using this outlet for my car tyre change and wheel balancing and alignment.1 month back I did wheel alignment,balancing here and we had word that when I take it for long drive I'll check and update the condition. So car steering centering was not perfect during my long drive.I complained same to the people around wheel care.But they are asking me to pay back again for alignment which is not acceptable. If they are asking me to pay for their problem then why should I come here 1000km since after last wheel alignment. If there is no response then I'm ready to post this on social media.
