Oh the ceo is gem of a person. He gave feedback after the interview in which area I need to concentrate. Coming to location, very convenient and easy access location. Qikpod concept is awesome.

Rocking service... As a shopper I don't remember the last time I stood in a queue at a mall, I was almost tired of co-ordinating the deliveries happening over weekdays with the apartment security, neigbours and delivery executives. I was on the verge of making my own smart locker which could be controlled using the wi-fi of my apartment and could be fitted in front of my apartment door, when I bumped into Qikpod. The solution is simple, lockers are at very safe places and delivery from their warehouse to the locker is almost flawless and keeps the 24 hour commitment all the time. The pickup process is smooth and never faced any issue with mixed deliveries etc. The support center staff is always willing to extend the time should I miss a delivery. What comes as a surprise is that it's a free service for me :).

The first two packages were delivered within one day of them recieving it. However,this time I am disappointed,since now it is second day after they got the parcel and no message for pick up has come yet. No explanations either.
