Gets the advance amount and then delivers material worth of 40% from the total amount given.demands higher amount later to resume the work,Then loots the balance amount and won't respond back.chose him after checking reviews in Google.but highly disappointed and lost rupees four thousand,that I couldn't recover back from him until now. The person named Thajudeen is the main reason behind this.
