I dont like the facility here...staffs dont have any idea when will be report prepared...they just make you wait ..i m still at the center since morning 7 april 10:00am and now time is 3:45pm but make to wait for report

Visited the place today for MRI scan. Service is good. Staff are cordial and co-operative very much. With in one hour whole thing got finished. Of course for report they had told us to wait for another 2hrs, which we didn't do, as someone known to us would collect it later for us. Report they send us through email also. Since collection of report is not urgent for me, so I can wait. But for those patients who need reports urgently, not sure how they respond. Charges are okay. For LS spine MRI without contrast, it was 6000, which is very reasonable I understand. If anyone had to get MRI done around Ranchi, my sincere suggestion would be to visit this place. You can get appointments through phone also.

The staff of this diagnostic centre doesn't know what time report can be prepared. Management must train their staff or ask them to speak true if know, instead of making public fool.

One point solution for us. Dialysis facility is very good. All doctors, staffs, technicians are very professional. The area is very clean and hygienic.

All staffs behaviour are so polite towards patients, well sanitized , clean , it has a well accomplished Dialysis unit , one of my family member took Dialysis here regularly , machines are cleaned and technician and nursing staffs give good services to the patients , Doctor's are available all the time in Dialysis Department

The services offered here are all up to the mark. Their patients are their first priority. Staffs are very caring and the place is clean and hygienic.

Very bad service... Went for covid test they took half n hour for paper work...they where doing work like as if it is government center...
