Went to see the xpulse ... All bikes were dirty.. when asked for test drive.. was refused since I did not have hard copy of my licence. I had the soft copy which is accepted by RTO as well.. Was told nothing about the motorcycle by the sales representative.. very unprofessional.. almost like they did not care if I bought the motorcycle or not. Really need to train your sales guys how to treat customers and sell ! I will buy the xpulse but definitely not from Rajneet motors.. better off going to other showrooms where they would atleast show interest in customers.

No wonder Hero is lagging behind in sales. I went to enquire for new bike and asked if I could get a test drive. The salesman said "NO", you have to book the bike to get a test drive. What logic is this? How can I know if it suits me or buy a bike if I haven't driven it? I walked out, test rode another bikes from all other manufacturers and booked one.

Very bad staff sales skills!! They just argue to customer don't provide proper value to customer. Seems like they don't want to sell scooter. I visited the showroom and I told them that I will book and mentioned the date and will carry the documents for further processing, then also they sold the scooter to other person the very next day. And Messaged me that scooter is not available. This kind of behaviour and irresponsibility how customer will be happy. wanted to buy hero pleasure plus scooter in black colour. Overall experience in ranjeet showroom for hero pleasure plus at vandana cinema branch was terrific!!

Nice showroom...All most all hero bikes are available for display...we were there for xpulse 200..got to know all about the cost and finance..good staff..only no ac in showroom but that's ok..

It's okayish. They'll try to charge you more and more, just like every other dealer. What can I say.. just that they're not the worst!

Feels like here they don't want to sell their bikes... Visit today but no one is ready to sell or give information abt there bikes i waited for some time but the behavior i observed here i left after sometime.. If this type of treatment customer is getting then why anyone choose hero. As we wanted to check new hero xtream bike looks fabulous and modern unfortunately we don't get any service here.
