I like this gym a lot. The trainers and staff are really awesome and helpful and make me feel comfortable. I get good vibes from here. Workouts are different and exciting and I never get bored or demotivated. Kick Boxing Crossfit is very good combination of a full body workouts. One of the best gyms i ever enrolled into. The trainers are so professional, very polite and very very supportive. The best part about daily exercise is the 5-7 mins of stretching before and after the workout. Highly highly suggested.
