Ordered a series of things from razia kunj excited to see their products. Fast forwards 7 weeks after ordering, three emails without a reply and finally a response on Instagram of with incorrect tracking information for the package. When it finally arrives with missing items, I then ask for a refund but they struggle to issue a partial refund over PayPal despite accepting it for payment. They miscalculate the amount a number of times and then ask me to re-refund them despite the poor communication, missing items and general poor service. Overall would not recommend as clearly not very professional company.

Razia Kunj’s jewellery is just stunningly beautiful. Each piece tells a story of years gone by... when you buy a piece, you are buying wearable art really! Also, it all comes so beautifully packed, with a little note and a story telling a story from our culture & roots, that it just makes the piece so much more special. I have been wearing Razia Kunj jewellery since it started .. I have picked up some of her pieces from the Theyyam, Deviyan and Vignette collection. Every time I wear her jewellery, they act as conversation starters, and sometimes with strangers!! Her pieces have such minute attention to detail and such artistry that I not only treasure them but have also learnt from them - learnt to appreciate the cultures and traditions of our Country which have inspired these very pieces. I have also gifted Razia Kunj jewellery to some of my friends, and everyone has always appreciated the uniqueness of her "wearable art". I can't wait to see her new collection "Moksha"!
