I am in the process of rebooting myself with Saloni. I have had a great experience so far without any judgement. She really listens, doesn't preach and is helping me be self-aware my way. Pankaj at the reception makes one feel comfortable by being there but not being there. He offers help if asked for but doesn't stare or ask any questions. One can ask for coffee / tea anytime - in the mid of a session or even while waiting for the cab. Sipping a hot beverage served by the kitchen team helps in soaking the relaxed environment.
