I have been to Indian Red Cross Society, Paldi, Ahmedabad Branch for Voluntary Blood Donation. It is most advisable and recommended to Donate blood at defined interval to help and save the people. It can save many people and also save the Thalassemia patients. Different studies says that there are also some advantages for the donor if they are regularly donating blood. Regularly donating blood keeps the donor healthy. After donating blood, they have provided a Certificate and Complimentary Sanitizer bottle. I would also request everyone to Donate blood who are healthy and specially eligible for donating blood. It will save someone's life.

I came here to donate my blood plasma after I recovered from Covid 19. The doctors and other paramedic staff here is very warm and good natured. I had just recovered from Covid 19, and had some concerns about donating plasma. They explained me everything and the entire process of collecting plasma. Everything went very smooth. They even arranged pick up an drop for me from my home.

A Red Cross Blood Bank. They conduct Blood Donation Camps at various places and colleges which is a noble act. Although they take proper precautions, some of the students at the college faced blood clot at the inserted area and it was visible till 4-5 days which I think should not happen. Update: Visited the center for donating blood and found the center to be very good and all the doctors and staff were courteous in nature. The donor refreshment area was pretty good with air conditioning and sofas to relax. The process started by examining the weight and checking hemoglobin levels and then the donation was carried out on a proper relaxing bed with a machine monitoring it all the way till it's done. Post donation, I was given refreshments which included freshly brewed coffee from the CCD machine, biscuits, cookies and a packed snack. I also received several messages for few days, reporting my blood group type and other aspects.

Don't donate blood to them.. I donated 4 times in the blood donation camp and now i need 2 bottle B but they denied to give me !! They ask for donate blood for blood.. what a money Makers !! They make a buisness !!
