I lost my mobile in my seat. I was worried that it might have taken by someone. But the bus driver and cleaner kept my mobile worth rs40000 safely and handed it over to me.. very good service.. comfortable journey. Driver Manivel and Cleaner Siva.. Appreciate their help.

Travelled from trichy to chennai. Nice service, started on time well maintaining punctuality. Staff behaviour good. Provided drinking water and wifi password. AC too good. Blanket are not provide.

Worst bus experience.. Bus did not start on time as it had some issues where mechanic was sorting out. AC did not work and we were asked to open the windows for an AC ticket. Though the guy had patience on responding to us but we had a bad experience..
