Vary bad experience. The manager and sale person yadhu krishna behavior was very rude when I went with a complaint about the shoes which I purchased 2 months back and hardly used 5-7 times. Very bad experience.

I have purchased 4 shirts and duebto covid 19 , I just washed for first use. I found holes in shirt. So returned to shop in 6th day of purchase. But they refused. As per their words, they promised for any damage in 7 days, will be replaced. Service is very poor. Please do not purchase on guarantee. Thanks

Thoroughly disappointed with Red Tape. Bought a leather jacket from the store at lulu mall and the jacket started disintegrating or cracking up in many places. Sent a email to customer care with photos and invoice and did not get a response. Leather jackets are supposed to last a very long time.

Stitching of my shoes went off in two months ... When approached they said will restich completely but later found that only that part was stitched .again it is gone in a month.. Worst brand I have come across.. Avoid it
