RCED came into existence during 1995 and is committed to promote skill and entrepreneurship development, in the States of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan, Delhi and Union Territory of Chandigarh. RCED has expertise in conducting vocational and entrepreneurship development training programs and thereby help the beneficiaries tap suitable self/waged employment opportunities.
