With all expectation to travel kodai by bike all I got is a miserable disappointment.... I heard from a local shopkeeper that the bike rental service isn't operational since May'20... it would be fair if the owner updated the status on their website... Now they don't even have the shop banner in the place...People who prefer to travel Kodaikanal by bike please don't plan to visit assuming that you can rent the bike directly by visiting the shop.... They no longer exist here.. better travel with your own bike with all safely... Rating single star cuz of disappointment.

I'll start the review by saying how much I worried before paying to book my bike here. Cause paying someone who you don't know anything about for the store that may or may not be there in the first place. Then after several calls to both the owners. I finally decided to pay. And the gateway was instamojo(I haven't heard about that too before), finally my credit card was blocked(saying as a security measure) just after my payment went through. Adding to that a comment in the end saying there's no bike shop. You should imagine what I thought. But the thing is after I reached kodai road. I was completely surprised. The store was just opposite to railway station. The bike was very new. I think i was the first rental to that specific bike. See the KM's. I drove half of that. I was very happy with the customer relationship handled by those people. OWNERS, MANAGER, EVEN WATCHMEN WAS POLITE. BIKE WAS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION as it was brand new. And the payment was exactly what it was described on the tariff section on their website. FYI they provide free helmet and other few accesories are paid. Have fun riding.

No Rento Bikes are operational now in Dindugal . It was operational once but due to permit issues. This Rento Bike service has been stopped . We reached their numbers which was listed in internet and tried to contact them but the phone wasn't picked up or not reachable. We have touch based our friend who is relatively near to the Rento location and enquired about the status of the service . Then only we got to know the situation, that It is not operational now.

No Rentobike at the map location , recently I went to take bike. Locals informed that it was closed due to some permission isssue. You cannot contact those guys either

The best place for rental bikes. They have lots bike models and staffs are very helpful and friendly. Location is more convenient for customers and easy for kodaikanal trip.

This was in Mangalore , we searched it on Google , the place was not map , we had to find out asking people , plus no sign boards , and it really does not have a space of its own , it existed in some basement of an old building, no helmets given , there was no petrol in the bike and the bike was in poor condition !!! No other option had to rent it ! Very pricy place

Awesome service. I rented activa 125, it was in good condition. It is a great choice if you are planning for a road trip from kodaikanal road to kodaikanal.
