Very bad service. The ask you to take the contract but never come when called. I did an ant flea service recently but it didn't work so well and they never showed up for the termite part as its prepaid. Never again.

Good in ILL Treating the customers. Never keep up their commitment. WHAT SURPRISED ME IS THAT DESPITE COMPLAINING TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE, NO ONE CARES FOR THE FEEDBACK FROM THE CUSTOMERS. WHEN I MENTIONED TO THE BRANCH RELEVANT TO ME THAT I WOULD COMPLAIN TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE, THEY SAID "COMPLAIN WHEREVER YOU WANT". THIS SHOWS HOW PROFESSIONALS THEY AND THIER CORPORATE OFFICE ARE. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO AVAIL THEIR SERVICES

There’s no office in east, it was totally groovy like a forest location but had bad roads. The Office is in west. This map misguided and had to go all the way back to the correct location after checking with the passerby.
