I raised my pick up request 2 months ago. I have been tired of reaching out them via calls and emails. I feel helpless as I can’t keep the furniture and there isn’t any source of contacting them. Rentomojo has worst service ever. Never rent anything from here, you’ll be disappointed all the time with their services.

Pathetic service. They're charging me rent and not delivering my furniture. If I cancel the request, they will charge me for early closure. So I'm paying through my nose for not getting any furniture. Disgusted by their service. Will not recommend to anyone.

Never ever rent from RentoMojo. They're the worst. Our washing machine hasn't been working since 2 weeks. Every time I try to reach them, it takes half an hour. And then some IVR bull. Then they keep saying they tried reaching you, while they never even try contacting you. And then they say they'll get back with a solution. And they never do. Try rentickle instead. Feels much better.
