Worst customer service, do not have the courtsey to call the customer and make the delivery hassle free or atleast inform them why the delivery is taking so much time. Only you have to run after them. For furniture, go for Furlenco. Really good service. I wish I had not booked anything from it. I really don't think I am getting my stuff. Claims to provide product within 72 hours. No contact from their side since 2 days.

Their website falsely claims that items will be delivered in 72 hours. Although the reviews about their logistics service are terrible, I still went ahead and placed the order to give them a chance. It has been 72 hours since I placed the order but the Delivery is still not scheduled.

Terrible service and a pricing scam. It would be cheaper to buy the products than to rent it from them. I paid over 6000 rupees for a cheap desk and chair to use for little over a year with their added charges at the time of closure, and I could have bought a much better set for much less. Makes no sense economically and the people will harass and stress you out over early closure due to outside emergencies like the pandemic even though their service is also affected and delayed by the same.
