I came to stay for 2 days and ended up staying a total of 8. What an amazing place to take a break from the hustle bustle of life, enjoy the vast openess of the quiet side of the beach, watch sunsets in every color, take a dip in the ocean when you like and pet a cat, a dog or two :) As a vegetarian, I appreciated the flexibility they offered for cooking things bot in the menu. The paneer tikka is a must try!! Shout out to Shiva and Sandy for making my stay enjoyable. Shiva went out of his way to arrange my rented car to be taken back to Margao. If you are looking to work from here: This was the perfect break I needed from the grey lockdown of London. The internet worked well so I could work from there during the week although some calls did get drop. Idea and Vodafone are Sandy's recommendation for uninterrupted connection. I also like the setup of the cafe where all the tables are set ocean facing, so you have a view no matter where you sit. There are lots of plants and cushions to make you comfortable. Sit back, dig your toes into the sand and just... chill. Highly recommended and contact Shiva if you are staying for a longer duration, he will make you happy with a nice discount!

Located just infront of Agonda beach , perfect location . Beach huts were super clean and view from hut is just awesome. You can sit in the balcony in evening and enjoy the sunset or can can visit the beach anytime of the day . Ambience of restaurant is enough to make set your mood. Can have a candl3 light dinner on the seashore. Loved it.
Thank you for this experience! Amazing friendly staff specially Hrithik & Sandi and clean rooms. The breakfast is tasty as well. friendly hotel that gives good value for money and the location is excellent!
Pros: The location of the hotel is good... you can’t ask for a better place if you want to enjoy sea view and play in the beach all day... there is a nice scenic back waters river trip just close by (not arranged by the hotel you have to arrange by your self) you will enjoy it the trip of 1.5 hours In a non mechanised boat would cost you as less as 400 per person and you will love it for sure!! Must do if your visiting with a family Cons: Food - is a problem seems their chef took long leave and not much help they can provide with it, except packaged food... but there is a hotel joint called Fatima’s restaurant close by you can try food there we loved it and we ate all the two days there we tried pamphlet to tiger fish to tali’s and tandooris and rotis, leaving this hotel finding another alternative is next to impossible Room - don’t expect a cozy nice villa, for the budget you shed, expect a decent stay with nice mosquito net and a bed which can easily house two adults and one kid Washroom - If your used to a nice and tidy wash room this place is not for you... seriously this was one of the issue for me to reduce the rating water clogs in washroom for hours and being an open hut the room stinks being a star hotel traveler we didn’t get comfortable with this Hotel staff are good if you match their attitude... else you find them tougher they provided me with incandescent sticks to light in the evenings and helped us to have a candle light in the evening There are nice four star hotels just in the vicinity of 300 mts and you can find them in google maps... I would recommend spend another couple of thousands and you are sorted.. or if you are a budget traveler you can try this!! Disclaimer: I travel to placed on my own expense and my reviews are based on my stay and personal experience
Good staff and nice place and ambience. Certainly one should consider a stay
It was awesome hotel to live with private beach. Allows you to drink openly outside Hotel on the beach.
The good: As the name suggests, it's a place where you can chill the entire afternoon with some beer or gin & tonic. We went there for a relaxed afternoon and sat for more than 5 hrs. The food is also decent The not so bad: If you are walking along the beach, you'll see that they have a beach facing restaurant but if you are coming from the outside you might feel it's just a lodge, but go inside, cross the rooms and you'll reach the cafe area
Ducknchill is at the end of the beach with very few people around. Walk in through the beach and you'll see a cute and chill cafe with beautiful ambience! A perfect place to either work, just sit and chill or go take a dip in the water. Sandy, hrithikn and shiv were welcoming and made the entire stay feel homely! Cottage was lovely with clean, spacious room, bathroom and balcony! The resident dogs greet you with wagging tails and are welcoming to other pets! It's the perfect place to get your furry friend along! Would definitely visit again
