I was looking for Panchakarma treatment and sound healing course and happened to come across Haritha Yogashala online. I made a call and was handled very professionally by Dheeraj. I was happy with the information and signed up for a 7 day treatment and a foundation course in sound healing.Mr Ashish Rastogi who owns the place gave me a warm welcome and was great with his diagnosis.His knowledge and expwrience made the entire treatment fruitful. My therapist Neha did a brilliant job.In days I could feel the positive impact on my health and decided to extend my stay. The accomodation was well priced and extreemly clean. Its a very warm and friendly environment. My sound healing course was excellent under Yashika Jain's guidance. All in all it has been a great experience.I continued with the food guidance I got from Ashishji and I can see the positive results. Thank you so much.I will be back here soon.

I've attended courses where people focus on enjoyment or on the financial earning but they don’t focus on your merit as an individual and how good you are as a person but this yoga place is completely different. This place touched me and has helped me grow as a person. I never thought that I will ever be able to savour such experience while in my spiritual path. I am a beginner. After a deep study of yoga I had chosen yoga as a part of my life. I came to this place for yoga teacher training course of a beginner level and to my joy the experience was heartwelming ... The ambience was full of peace and serenity with excellent teachers and perfect service. All were kind to the aspirants. I really enjoyed the friendly staff. Highly recommended for beginners.:)

Best hospitality. The staff was so positive and charming . The place was full of comfort and positivity. I really enjoyed learning meditation and yoga. The Gurus are patient enough to deal with all kind of students. The food was light and tasty. I enjoyed the days spent there. Looking back to rejoin the place for some other course too... Highly recommended.

The main purpose of my visit was my interest in Ayurveda and my chronic stomach/digestion problems. The knowledge imparted to me by the teachers there helped to understand the reason behind my chronic digestion problems and also designed a diet assisted by specific yoga postures which have helped me improve my digestive health. The teachers at Haritha Yogshala are very knowledgeable and know how to explain the concepts properly. My experience here was very good and I have decided to enroll for a long term course in the near future.

Haritha institute in Rishikesh gives awesome wellness programs in both Yoga and Ayurveda. The staff seemed very knowledgeable as what they taught our batch actually works. Another thing that I really liked was that they give personal attention to you during the course and also when you are trying to understand how a therapy will be carried out. The other staff at the center is very easy to talk to and have a friendly nature. The front office guy will tell you about the various places you can visit in the city on your off-day. Would recommend !
