I spent one week in Ashram and I am sorry for giving a negative feedback. I expected much more from this yoga retreat for the money I had paid. I was deeply disappointed because of the unprofessionalism of yoga teacher Sandeep. The yoga was mainly for the prospective yoga teachers who trained there, not much for the people who just wanted to practice. Not especially for me. There even wasnt any yoga lesson one day because the teacher was sad and tired and he only trained theory with the prospective teachers. It was my fault I had chosen your place. But what is totally unprofessional for me is how the yoga teacher acted. He was in a different mood every day. One day he was happy and another day he was sad or angry. He taught us how to control our mind, how to control emotions and what I could see was a moody yoga teacher who had transmitted negative energy to us? If I had stayed longer I would have had to say that I'd start hating yoga, for sure.

I was in a search for an ashram that would give me something specific. I checked many ashrams until I found Rishikesh Yogi Ashram, I just had a feeling that this is the right one for me and I wasn't wrong. Sandeep welcomed me nicely and I told him that I came for the Silent Meditation Retreat and I am in search of something. He told me all I needed and a day after I came and started the retreat. After the retreat I felt so good in every aspect, physically and mentally so I decided to stay for another week to do the Yoga retreat. Sandeep is very nice, professional, wise and understanding person. If you have any query or situation, he will help you and when it comes to the Asanas he is very strict and will push you until your body breaks, but you will make the Asana properly eventually. Also the food was amazing, simple, healthy and delicious. If you are in search of an ashram, this is definitely the one! Thank you Sandeep and all the stuff

A beautiful place to stay at at the Himalayas where peace nature and the energy flows alltogether. The classes are the best Sandeep is an amazing knowledgeable teacher who will lead you through the training with amazing classes mindful chats and meditation. He is also helpful to take you around Rishikesh .Rishikesh is a beautiful town with interesting markets temples and beautiful cafes where you can get lost in the view of the Himalayan sunset and the sounds of the mantras. I wouldn't have done anywhere else my training best school best place
