These people claim that they provide courier services as well thru their third party vendors . And vendors are big - DHL is one of them. I happened to book coureir containing rakhi and sweet box to my brother and they after checking with all accepted the courier. But they gave me POD later ( courier booked on sat evening and received pod on Monda y) . They don't know any clear policy etc my courier had a destination of Portugal and I was convinced that it will reach well on time before the festival which was falling on 26th Aug. However it didn't reached and they messed up. They mentioned somebody else's name under from Field inspite of writting my address,phone no on packet and gave all my govt ID proof. My bro got the text that one of packet needs import duty to be paid and even DHL tracking mentioned same. Brother ignored text in starting as it doesn't have my name but later he tried to coordinate but dhl does not work there on weekends. This is how these people spoilt my festival of raksha bandhan. Will never recommend them.... Less knowledge ppl, disappointed I am
