I have ordered tata nexon xzo on 25 September 2020 from here and they guaranteed the delivery upto a week but I don't get the car till now.Instead of delivering car they are postponing delivery date again and again I've very very bad experience with them Plz don't buy any vehicle from here.

Pathetic experience! Kept me waiting for 2 months only to tell a week prior to delivery that car isn't available. Suggest you to reach out to some other dealership.

Very poor service they don't know how to talk with customer. I finalized Tata nexon and they say no test drive will be available.

Very poor service affer sale, after accident I parked my car here, tata team commeted that my car will be ready in 10 to 15 days, but after multiple follow up and complain at their tollfree I got car after 40 days, means the take approc 300% more time than it should be. and here is condition of new car when it was handed over after repair after waiting tata employee offered the road test, I asked him pls show the parts which have been replaced so that I can check them in road test, but he denied, so without knowing the what is repaired I tested car on road, car was completely covered in dust, with incomplete document received from TATA i left with car, when reached home(160 km from Tata dealership) i noticed that car mat are missing, they just place paper in place of Mat. when i parked car i come to know the back sensor are not working now, i can say tata Team is unprofessional, and unskilled, they will Just increase your problems. if some reading it from TATA, my message is- pls don make fool of people, for someone his it his first car which may be his dream, and someone is spending is years of income on buying car, if you cant provide service please stop selling till you can provide good service,
