Poor service. The booking process is lengthy. After making payment online, you need to call the customer care number to get it approved. Also need to upload your id, license and pan card image mandatory to get the bike key. They will tell this only after u reach there. Another fault is daily limit is very less, 5 km per hour you book for. And for extra kilometres they charge 4rs as of January 2021. Go for the RENTTRY rentals in the same complex. Much cheaper than Royal brothers.. i made mistake by booking using Royal brothers.

I booked Honda Activa 5g on rent for a day but when I went to receive it, the person responsible to provide me Activa was changing the battery of Activa. Although this checking should be done before hand. Battery was not charged, so self start wasn't working and even after 8 kicks it didn't started. I asked him to provide me another vehicle but no other were there for rent. To sort this out I contacted customer care executive and after understanding this situation they agreed to provide me with full refund. This entire process consumed almost 1 hour. Checking should be done before hand and if it wasn't in a condition to put it on rent then this must be informed earlier so as to plan for an alternative. Disappointed! The best part was that they provided me with the assurance of satisfaction for the next ride and provided ride coupons as a part of apology. They really care about customer's satisfaction and comfort.
Ver bad experience renting from RB. Bike condition was not good. Very lengthy process of booking consumed almost 2 hours and person was not there to give the bike.
I rented a scooty twice for weekend to travel within Jaipur. horrible condition of the vehicle. The person says, Kindly ride for 10 km in a strect and then the scooty will run smoothly. Worst experience.
