1.location shown in map is wrong but the address text is correct, its opposite to the RBI there is a ramp road in that right side it was there. 2.the guy who was set as responsible didn't took the phone till 9 sad is that their customer care also won't be up till 9. 3. I was on a tight schedule, the guy came at 10 and gave the keys, the bike was not clean and the back lights were already broken. Take care to note these down. 4. If you plan to take the bike before 9 or leave it before 9 for a train or so kindly plan ahead. 5. The pillion helmet they provided had no glass but still they charge the same money 6. Only handy thing was bike is a new one, which ran only 2050 km 7. There was one more guy who booked a different bike but didn't got so 8. App had some document update issues, not sure of the reason after several tries got it done. Don't depend on them with support.

I rented an Interceptor 650 from there during December 23-30, 2020. Creating an account and uploading documents were a breeze and I got my booking confirmation by email and SMS immediately. Pre-delivery was fast and I was able to take the bike out within minutes. Nothing negative to say with this one time experience and I'll be renting from them again in the near future.

Pay for enfield 350 and get splendour minus, only at royal brothers Royalbrothers seems to me as a software company who happened to have some random bikes which they give it to people who happen to use their software, royalbrothers.com. I rented out enfield for a day which was claimed to be serviced and sanitised before use. But the bike which was given to me doesn’t seem to have any suspension(hence splendour minus) and the engine seem to be at the verge of blowing out. And i had to stop the vehicle after every few km. About support, you will be able to reach airtel customer care faster than royalbrothers cc. No wonder why they rent out the bike without any deposit and not even a single message to learn feedback. I do not recommend royalbrothers to you unless you want to test your luck.

This guys are fraud...i booked an activa at the pick time of an year-online...my booking was to pick the ride by 12pm and i got the msg at 11.30am same day that your ride is ready.. But when i reached there office and gave them a call on my booking...they said our vehicle is damaged and they can't provide any two wheeler... Now imagine your whole plan is based on this two wheeler and they simply denied at the last momemt and ask you to go and look somewhere else.
