Absolute nightmarish experience. This company came recommended by my employer. I have availed their services and it's been a month and I am yet to receive my stuff. Nobody takes my call and there is no customer service. Book their services only if you wish to lose your belongings.

They are an absolute fraud company stealing goods which they are supposed to relocate. They took 3.5 weeks to relocate goods from Bangalore to Kolkata against the promised delivery schedule of two weeks and after missing their delivery commitment by more than 5 times, when they finally delivered at the odd 23:45 hours they didn’t have enough labours to unload the goods and I had to arrange labours for unloading at my own cost. The next morning when the consignments were opened it was found that goods have been stolen by tampering with the seals and even the lock of my suitcase was broken and my valuables were stolen from it. Have to bear a loss of more than 15k for them, apart from the harassment faced for numerous missed delivery commitment and stolen goods. BEWARE OF THIS FRAUD COMPANY!! In response to Royals Reply: The relocation was done in Seshadri Samaddar's name. (M/s Wipro Technologies).

We used Royal International to move house and they broke several items of ours. The customer service has been appalling, it is barely believable how badly they treat customers. The company tried to charge us for insurance, refused to provide any documentation and do not want to replace anything. Never use this company.
