I don't think of any stars for Royal Sundaram. But if i don't i can't submit the review. The worst ever insurance agency in terms of support that i have seen. We buy insurance to ensure we are at safe hands and the insurance agency stand by us in need. But rather your agency stranded us and then the claims were repudiated. Why? First there were numerous couriers and mails sent asking for documents which i had submitted in original to your Mumbai Office. But repeatedly they kept writing for the same, although i had an acknowledgement stating that they have received my documents then what was the problem. I had submitted all my papers in original along with the original card payment slip to substantiate but here i get a regret from you. On what grounds, were we faking it. I was told by many not to buy insurance from Royal Sundaram, i ignored thinking this would be a great company. But i am thoroughly disappointed with your services and i have put it up on facebook about what you do with customers who desperately need assistance and you wash your hands off. Please rectify the way you work. Else it is not far off that people may shift to other agency. Nabendu Acharjee General Manager

Third Class insurance company in the world pathetic customer services they are selling insurance only..fooling customers i had purchased 2 policies of them 1. mediclaim policy and second hospital cash benefit policy i was admitted in the hospital due to viral fever for 4 days in six month they didn't provided me hospital cash benefit and after six month they told me your claim has been rejected even the hospital was in network panel. really pathetic services by them don't purchase any policy of them.
