Purchased 5 pastries, 3 for gifting and2 for self, after 2 hours i opened the box and found that pastries were smelling like its stale, i immediately complained (19/01/20) and they assured for replacement but till now (21/01/20) nobody came for replacement,on calling and messaging they always say \ i'll send tomorrow\. Will definitely not recommend to anyone.

Writing this review about a month after having my order. Ordered Stuffed chicken roll, chicken kathi roll, and chocolate cracker pastry. Rolls were horrible and were from some other outlet. As the napkins suggested. Pastry was good.

Really nice bakery. They have a variety of cakes. They have eggless cakes. Also they serve sandwiches and pastries. They can take orders also. The location is near ajnara daffodil. They have seating space so you can come and enjoy your pastry.

Poor online services. 2 online orders made by us in a day. Our money was deducted but none of the orders were delivered. And it was shown as deivered. When i called them, the bakers were so reluctant to take any responsibility as they say it was food panda's responsibility and we cant do anything. They did not even showed a gesture of help that they will do anything to help the customer greviences. I mean even if you cannot do anything atleast should have asked the delivery boy what happened afterall you have received money. It is also your responsibility to atleast listen to the customer who is paying you and expecting a service from you. Moreover the person asked me not to order anything online next tym if i had such problem. What a rude reply. I havent tasted any food of theirs yet but from your gestures it is very clear that your restaurent is third class in terms of customer services.
