I had a very old Laptop that I bought in 2012 and never ever took to service center. The device had multiple issues starting with Slow performance, over heating, Screen flickering, battery not charging, Keyboard not working. All issues were resolved at once and it costed me around Rs.3800 only for all the issues. But this didn't stop here. After I got my device accidentally due to high voltage the charger burned out they gave me an alternative duplicate charger within few hours. Also on the very next day accidentally or rather mysteriously the laptop screen got a crack. They suggested probably it was due to any sharp object falling on it but there was no such incident. Other probable reason could be the earphones used were kept inside the closed LED. However and whatever it was repaired within 30 minutes after I reached there. The store was closing but they still did it and it costed me around 4000 again. So with in a span of 5 days my laptop had multiple issues but they resolved them within a very short time. Which is why I like their service. After that I became a regular customer. They replaced duplicate keyboard was also changed twice in 2-3 months but as the warranty expired they have now given me an original Dell inspiron 15R keyboard which costed 1600. And Yes how can I forget this. As I already spent 3000 or more on my first time and within 2-3days I broke my screen I literally bagged them to drop their price. The Technical guy is a little stubborn and don't negotiate with customers and his price is fixed and sometimes he is rude. But the manager or I believe the Owner of that place is a very generous man. When he saw me he recognised me and my device and he then and there didn't think twice to deop the price by 800 Rs. which I believe is a great great deal. So thank you for being so customer centric

Accidentally I went there but it was the best decision on that moment for my dead laptop. From the behavior to work, they know how to fulfill the needs of customers with a reasonable price. Whoever is watching this review, they can trust this organization without any hesitation. Go & solve your issues. Thank once again to them

Visited yesterday with my laptop having overheating issue.First thing first.Thanks for completing the service in a little more to 3 hours, to get it back to workable condition the same day.Laptop required thorough cleaning and change of processor fan, as expected,but appreciate the way I was communicated and kept in loop through the process of servicing. Perks of being there through the process, is to get a understanding of their clients, work atmosphere, technicalities on which they operate and also guidance they provide to any person, who walks in with issue.Although it will be too early to judge the quality of service and I would also leave aside any prejudice about tariff of spare parts, I can safely say, I felt confident about the service provided.I would highly recommend you to visit yourself.You will always prefer expertise to resolve issues than a glittering reception or relaxing lounge to divert your mind.

This review was long due. I got my laptop fixed in 2018 and was really satisfied with their services. Again this year an accident broke my laptop, and they were able to fix it this time as well. My experience with RS e solutions was good and I would definitely recommend them.

They couldn't repair my system. That was okay. But then when I bring it back hone the machine was damaged. When I asked them about it they said it may have caused due to mishandling. They didn't even bother to repay. Didn't expect this. Also their services are too overpriced. They charged Rs. 1,500 for a laptop charging port replacement.

I recommend 100% ! They are really profesionnal . They kept my laptop 1 day to make a quotation. And then, it took only fews hours to repair it. The price was really not expensive ! The workers are friendly and speak well english ! Be careful, to find the office it can be tricky. It's at a first floor of a building.
